Day One, had the students working on their knowledge reviews in the morning, then they did a three hour pool session. Everyone did an amazing job in the pool and we were able to complete Confined Dives 1 through 3. On the following day, we hit the pool in the morning, and we were able to complete the final 2 Confined Water skills dive in 2 hours. The afternoon was spent in the class working through all the bugs using the RDP.
On Day Three, everyone headed out to Tuwanek for their first two Open Water dives, everyone did an amazing job with all their skills. The surface conditions were a little rough so some of the Dive Flexible skills were put off until Sunday while out on the boat.
Day 4, went very well, our first dive was at Tuwanek Point, where we finished the Dive 3 skills, and had an excellent swimming Wolf Eel encounter in 30 feet of water, right near where the boat was anchored. On the econd dive we headed over to Pipers Point, so we could get some experience on deep wall dives.
Everyone had little problems with the course, once again congratulations to all! Dive conditions are great, visibilty is in the 30 – 50 ft range.
